CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Items ordered from our website will ship the same day we receive payment for the merchandise including shipping cost unless the items are not in stock the delivery time might take 1 to 7 weeks. We will hold any check until the merchandise is ready for shipment.
2. At additional cost we can ship by Federal Express overnight, 2nd day or by other arrangements. Orders of $100.00 or more ship free of charge by USPO “Priority Mail” with delivery confirmation or registered mail within the US. For all special orders and custom designed jewelry we request a 50% non-refundable down payment. These orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Overseas shipping is available at actual cost. All applicable sales taxes is included in our prices.
3. Website items can be returned within 1 week after the customer receives the item for a full refund at our approval less shipping cost. Any worn and/or altered jewelry is non returnable. Items must be returned in original boxes with original security tabs attached. Custom designed, sized and/or modified at customer's request jewelry is not returnable.
4. We accept telephone orders (Please call between 8 AM to 8 PM PST 714-662-0937), which must be confirmed by e-mail to tennisheritage@aol.com
5. Merchandise is shipped after receipt of payment in full.
6. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to technical difficulties or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Customer is responsible for shipping cost for returning merchandise.

Payments:

We prefer payments through PAYPAL (tennisheritage@aol.com), cashiers checks, personal checks, no CODs. Merchandise paid through PAYPAL will ship the same day we get confirmation through PAYPAL for funds credited. Cashiers' checks will ship the same day we receive them. Merchandise paid by personal check will ship after the check clears. We accept VISA and MasterCard payments for US residents and shipping addresses in the US only. Other arrangements are possible, especially for returning customers.

We guarantee our merchandise is as described on our website. We will make any effort to solve possible problems. The laws of the State of California are applicable in case problems cannot be solved. By placing an order the customer agrees to these conditions of sale.
